Vermeer Capital invests in businesses with sales between €25M and €500M, which can be, for some businesses, facing temporary difficulties.

Cash injection and reactivity

Vermeer Capital invests between €3M and €30M in cash per company. Vermeer Capital is an independent company, and can therefore act quickly.

Majority or minority investment stakes over the long term

Vermeer Capital tailors its intervention according to each situation, and constructs new share ownership structures that satisfy all stakeholders, with majority or minority stakes alongside the existing shareholders.
Vermeer Capital is a long term investor (5 year on average).
